The REST API is live today, and LogicHive is already a complete UAT platform with built-in test case management, defect tracking, change requests, real-time reporting, and client collaboration. Many teams choose LogicHive specifically because their client testers don't need access to internal dev tools.

What the API does today

  • Included on the Team, Business and Scale plans. Company API keys are created under Settings › API keys, scoped and optionally limited to specific projects.
  • A bearer key lists projects, creates test cycles, and reads cycle progress and the sign-off summary.
  • A CI pipeline posts results into a cycle as JSON or by uploading JUnit XML, with environment and build labels attached to every run.

Does LogicHive integrate with Jira?
Not yet. LogicHive's public REST API and CI results ingest (JSON or JUnit XML) are live today, but pushing tickets to Jira is on the roadmap, not shipped. Most teams do not miss it: defects raised in LogicHive stay linked to the failing test case and are tracked there, so client testers never need Jira access.
Can I connect LogicHive with Azure DevOps?
Not yet. Ticket push to Azure DevOps is on the roadmap, not shipped. The public REST API can already take automated results from an Azure Pipelines job as JUnit XML, so pipeline outcomes land in the same cycle as manual UAT results.
Does LogicHive have an API?
Yes. The public REST API is live. Create a key under Settings, API keys (licensing owners and admins only), then use it as a bearer token to list projects, create test cycles, and post results as JSON or as JUnit XML from a CI pipeline, with environment and build labels. Results are refused for cases that require approval and have not been approved. The API guide is linked from the API keys page.
