Is UK VAT charged to EU businesses?

No. LogicHive is sold by Grey Foundries Ltd, a UK company. Business customers in the EU with a valid VAT number are invoiced in GBP without UK VAT and account for VAT under the reverse charge in their own country, as with any B2B service bought from a UK supplier.

Plans are priced and billed in GBP. Card payments from a euro account are converted by the card issuer at their rate. The published prices are £45, £149, £349 and £649 a month, with a discount for annual billing.

UAT software for multi-country European ERP rollouts

A European rollout is rarely one go-live. It is a German entity, a French entity and a Dutch shared-service centre, each with its own e-invoicing mandate, bank formats, VAT rules and testers who expect the system in their own language. What a multi-country rollout has to test

The vendor's test pack proves the product. It does not prove the Italian invoice reached SdI, the SEPA file cleared the bank's validator, or the French FEC export balances. Run these as their own suites, one per entity where the rules differ.

Country e-invoicing mandates

Italy has required invoices through SdI since 2019, France switches on mandatory B2B e-invoicing in 2026, Germany requires businesses to receive structured invoices, and Belgium and Poland have their own platforms and dates. Each one is an integration to test with real invoice data, per legal entity, per country.

SEPA payment and collection files

Supplier payment runs generate ISO 20022 pain.001 credit transfer files and customer collections generate pain.008 direct debit files. Validate a test file with each bank, and test the reconciliation of the returned status messages, not just the export.

VAT across borders

Per-country rates, intra-community supplies and acquisitions, the reverse charge, OSS for consumer sales, Intrastat declarations and EC Sales Lists. The VAT posting setup is the single most common data migration error on a multi-country rollout, so test it per entity with real customer and vendor records.

Localisations and legal reporting

Each country localisation app or module changes chart-of-accounts rules, document layouts and statutory reports (SAF-T, DATEV exports, FEC files). A test pack written for the base product will pass while the French audit file is wrong.

Multi-entity and intercompany

Intercompany sales and purchases, consolidation with currency translation, shared master data across entities and per-entity approval limits. These are the flows that only break when two countries go live together, so they need a combined test run, not one per subsidiary.

Languages, formats and users

Testers in each country need the interface, printed documents and email templates in their language, with local date, number and address formats. Assign Run Licenses per country so each entity signs off its own processes.
